Call me a sceptic, but this article last month by the Evening Times really doesnt fill me with confidence about Cardonald Library.
The Council “blows budget” by £25m already. Where will they get the money for the library?
Then it is reported that Audit Scotland beleive there is a weakness in the council for not having a proper financial management team ?
